Online Camp Registration

Our camper registration will be available February 1, 2019.

Photo Release

Parents grant permission for their child’s photograph (or video), quotes (including releases and media interviews), stories and/or art (identified by first name when appropriate) to be used in ways that enhance the profile of the School. Any restrictions parents wish to place on such use must be delivered in writing to the Director of Operations. If such written restrictions are not delivered, it is assumed that parents release the School from, and indemnify it against, any and all claims for invasion of privacy and/or defamation arising from the publication of any photograph, name and/or likeness of the student.

How We Protect Children's Privacy

In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we do not collect or maintain information by means of our website from children that we know are under the age of 13 without parental consent. Children under the age of 13 should not disclose or provide any personally identifiable information without parental consent. If we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with such information, we will delete such information from our records.

Refund Policy

Hillside summer programs deposits are non- refundable. Hillside is not obligated to refund tuition for any applicant or participant who withdraws for any reason, including illness or injury. The deposit is not refundable and not transferable. No refund or reduction in fees is possible for a child who arrives late, leaves early, or attends only part of a session.

This camp complies with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (105CMR 430.000) and is licensed by the City of Marlborough Board of Health.
